“Smarcx Informatics Private Limited” (henceforth “Smarcx Informatics”) is a newly established “Data Research & Development Consultancy” firm incorporated in March 2025. Smarcx Informatics looks forward to connecting & collaborating with development consultancies for the provisioning of the support services that span across the entire life-cycle of Development Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research & Learning (MEARL) in a consultative manner. We undertake turnkey MEARL assignments for their end-to-end coordination & management. Our rationale is to strengthen the  information systems for evidence-based MEARL of development policies & programs.
